Google Partner is a company-level status Google grants to agencies that meet its published requirements and keeps verifying: certified account strategists, a Google Ads optimisation score of at least 70% across the manager account, and a minimum managed ad spend over 90 days. Lynx Digital has held it since 2015; Martins Upmanis holds the certification. The badge on the site is Google's live badge linked to the Lynx Partner profile, so anyone can verify it.
Lynx Digital has been a Google Partner since 2015. Google Partner is a company-level status, not just an individual exam: Google awards it to agencies that meet its published requirements and keeps checking that they still do. At the time of writing those requirements are:
- Certified people. At least half of the agency’s account strategists hold a current Google Ads certification, with a certification in each product area where the agency runs spend.
- Performance. A Google Ads optimisation score of at least 70% across the agency’s manager account, which measures how well the accounts are set up and maintained.
- Managed spend. A minimum ad spend managed through the agency over the previous 90 days (USD $10,000).
At Lynx Digital, Martins Upmanis holds the Google Ads certification. The badge on our site is Google’s live badge, linked to our Google Partner profile, so you can verify the status yourself rather than trust a static image.
What it means for you: your campaigns are run to Google’s performance standard, by a certified person, with Google doing the checking. What it does not mean: Google does not run your campaigns and we are not a reseller. Your ad spend goes straight to Google from an account held in your own name, and our management fee is separate.
