Summary
Work already done is not refundable; work not yet started is. Third-party costs such as domains, licenses and ad spend are not refundable. If Lynx got something wrong, it is redone or credited.
Plainly:
- Work already done is not refundable: a completed month of service, a finished setup, a delivered site. The time has been spent.
- Work not yet started is refundable. If you cancel a build before work begins, your deposit comes back; if work is under way, you pay for what is done and the rest is returned.
- Third-party costs are not refundable: domains, licenses, premium themes, and advertising spend paid to a platform.
- New hosting accounts have a 30-day money-back guarantee on the hosting fee. If it is not right for you in the first 30 days, we refund it.
- If we got something wrong, we make it right. We redo the work or credit your account, and where a fix is not possible we refund at our discretion.
