OpenClaw Agent Framework and Ecosystem
OpenClaw is an open-source platform for building autonomous AI agents. Core ecosystem components
ClawHub — skill registry
ClawHub is the public registry for OpenClaw skills and tool integrations, with versioning, metadata tags, and discovery. Instead of hand-coding another API integration, you install a pre-built capability. Check ClawHub before authorizing custom tool development — it saves redundant work.

Lobster — workflow orchestration
Lobster is a typed, local-first macro engine that turns individual skills and tools into composable, deterministic pipelines, so a multi-step operation runs as one repeatable command. It’s how you move from re-prompting a process each time to running a known workflow.

memU — long-term memory
Standard LLM context windows are expensive and inefficient for always-on agents. memU maintains proactive, long-term memory: it captures user intent continuously and builds an evolving memory graph, so the agent can act without reloading its full history into active context.

Deployment options
Local inference with Ollama
The Ollama integration runs open-weight models entirely on-device — reasoning, coding, and tool calls all stay local, with no prompt data sent to a cloud provider. This suits environments with strict data-privacy or compliance requirements.

Managed cloud with Kimi Bot
Kimi Bot is a hosted environment for OpenClaw-style agents. It abstracts the infrastructure and ships an agent with memory and tool wiring pre-configured through a one-click setup — useful for rapid prototyping or consumer-facing apps where local hosting isn’t practical.
Telephony with the Voice Call plugin
The Voice Call plugin lets agents place and manage real phone calls, supporting Twilio, Telnyx, and Plivo, plus a local mock mode for development. It extends an agent into voice — escalating alerts, confirming actions, and holding multi-turn conversations.

Experimental: Moltbook
Moltbook is an agent-only social network that simulates multi-agent interaction at scale. It looks like a forum, but agents do the posting, commenting, and voting while people observe. It’s a testing ground for emergent behavior and multi-agent alignment before agents reach production.
